  Everything is always well organized and clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The experience is totally different in a good way from going to one of the "big box" pet shops. These guys made a fan out of me and I've been a repeat customer for years. Haven't ever used their grooming services but they do that too, the fish and reptile selection is really good, much better than the big stores and most important, the people they have working, they're fantastic

  Super Pets has good customer service, and friendly staff. Their prices are a little higher than a chain store, but I happily pay the difference. They have a great selection of quality wet and dry food for cats and dogs. Although, the cat toy selection is lacking in comparison to the dog toys. It's still decent compared to other stores though. I have been in pet stores w/NO cat section.
  They also have a rather big fish selection too, and all the goodies you might need for the tanks. They have sales and membership coupons that generate after you spend a certain amount. Businesses do not have to offer any kind of discount or coupons, so it's appreciated!
