  They are grouchy and very unpleasant to deal with. As a school uniform store, I expected them to be experienced with children and kid-friendly. Unfortunately, they seemed overwhelmed and very short with the kids. Our entire trip there was bad, but one example was when my 3-yr-old went into the dressing room next to his brother's (did not run around - just went in there), and one of the workers yelled at him. He started sobbing. She then opened our dressing room curtain to "apologize." It was very inappropriate - she should have knocked and asked to come in. Furthermore, she just wanted an opportunity to admonish me and and my child. I wish we had another option. I dread going back there and certainly don't want to give them any business.
